The interview was conducted via Zoom with two senior managers, and each interview lasted for 30 minutes. As both managers are busy professionals, we kept the questions concise to ensure quick and efficient responses. Throughout the interview, we discussed their experience in leadership roles, management styles, and the challenges they face in their respective departments.
