I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Kyiv, Kyiv) in Jul 2015
Interview
There were 4 stages: 1st- online verbal and numerical tests(time limit, 20min for each)
2nd - accounting and English knowledge tests in their office together with the audit case (you are writing an e-mail to your manager about some problems that you covered during your visit to the company you are going to audit)
3rd- interview with HR (just simple questions: why audit? Why kpmg? Why are you a prime candidate? About your previous employment? Strengths and weaknesses).
4th - interview with Audit manager (lots of questions concerning accounting transactions and excel formulas. Also I was asked about the process of audit: how to do, how can I find errors in reporting of the company, etc.)
As for me the last stage was the most difficult, I was too nervous and the manager wasn't nice to me.
The interview process happened really smoothly and was friendly, almost as if you didn't realise u were being interviewed. The interviewer has lots of knowledge about their specialty and the person made the interview process very comfortable
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Kota Kinabalu) in Nov 2025
Interview
Unexpected interview through phone call in the morning. Ask about my education background in Spm level and degree in audit. Attempt to pass professional paper. Ask me to introduce myself.
Interview process was good, need to do some typical calculations and other exersizes. Overall, the team was friendly, career prospects looked good. The questions was about my studies, fields of interest, needed to talk in English.
