Interview
I talked to two Partners who walked me through the job and asked technical and behavioral questions. Spend 30 minutes with each partner from the practice who talked me through their daily work.

Q: Why do you want to work in the federal sector?
There were 2 behavioral interviews (each was 30 minutes). Was interviewed by members of the audit team. No accounting questions was asked, strictly questions relating to my experiences and classic behavioral questions which are commonly asked.

Applied through my university and was invited for interview within a couple weeks. Interviewed with 2 separate partners for ½ hour each back-to-back. The question part was more of a conversation and lasted about 15-20 mins for each interview. Got offer a few business days afterwards.
