I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Hong Kong) in Oct 2015
Interview
Manager Interview: One hour to prepare for case presentation, the case was about 4-5 pages. Had to choose one from two questions to answer. Presentation time was 10 minutes, followed by possible follow-up questions from manager. After case presentation was getting to know you part in which the manager asked about stuffs on your application form. Whole interview lasted for around 45 minutes.
Partner Interview: Received almost one month after. Just some questions on the application form again, lasted for only around 15 minutes.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
