You will begin the KPMG interview process with an online assessment/pre-screen. This is followed by a phone or on-campus interview. Then, you can expect 2-3 in-person panel interviews with 2-3 KPMG senior managers for each interview round.

First online interview was with the hiring manager and recruiter, and follow by an online assessment. Second interview was in the office with 2 managers. Both interviews are conversations based, asking experiences and scenarios based questions.
Was ok, but no response till now, its been more than 3 weeks, not a rejection mail or an update from recruiter, really frustrating, if you don’t like a candidate, atleast send him a rejection email.
Processo bem simples e com muita objetividade e fácil de condução. Foram 3 etapas antes do resultado final que foi informada via e-mail aos candidatos. Durante todo o processo o RH foi solicitado para sanar todas as dúvidas.
