Interview
The first round interview consists of four parts, cognitive test, language test, personality test and video interview. The cognitive test requires candidate to answer 9 questions in 12 minutes. The language requires the candidate to compose an email to the project manager to express interest in a new project. You probably get invitation into second assessment in 2-4 hours if you made into it.

The interview questions I got are describing a difficult time in your life and something about cooperation (I forget).
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
