It was pretty smooth, quick and transparent. Recruiter reached through linkedin after I applied. One technical and manager round and then straight discussion with partner. Questions were based on past experience

More on my experience n what value add i can bring
Started with a very eager recruiters trying to book my time for an interview which was arranged pretty quickly. I attended, met a young guy calling himself enterprise architect associate director. He was too young for the position to be honest. Asked few vague open ended questions, then switched immedietly to selling me the position. I was under the impression I was going for another round of interviewing or maybe even an offering phase. But all I got after was crickets.
There were 5 rounds of interview over 6 months duration, so be prepared for a marathon. Since it’s a partner’s firm, you’ll be interviewed by different by all sorts of people.
