It was a 4 round process, of which first round was an Aptitude assessment followed by 3 interview rounds - 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The interviews were conducted fairly quick, on consecutive days.

Case-based questions, conduct a SWOT, guesstimates, recent trends in retail industry, implications of tariffs, etc.
Completed three interview rounds: HR call, Round 1, and Round 2. Interviewers were friendly, focusing on guesstimates, PORTER/PESTEL analysis, current affairs, and questions primarily based on my academic projects overall.
Had three interview rounds. Interviewers were polite and professional. Questions included introduction, CV-based, analytical, current affairs, case study, guesstimates, and market entry. Overall, the interview was structured and not too difficult.
It was average, the questions were average, mostly focusing on the approach of the candidate
