Applied online with a fairly lengthy application form on their careers site. Received an automated email stating that I was unsuccessful and then a week later, I received another mail from the recruitment team inviting to interview. The interview was dry and boring. Two Interviewers asked questions like robots, taking turns like ping ping to read questions from their questions sheet without any further drilling or conversation. I felt as though the questions could have been emailed to me and I could have answered them that way instead of wasting our time on a call where there wasn't any conversation. It was the worst standard of interview I have ever experienced. The questions were related to the Job and then beyond that, there were some queries around keeping up to date with market trends and AI was a very hot topic!
