Scheduled a phone call with the HR. The person was late for 20 minutes. Since the interview was expected to be only 30 minutes, we ended the conversation in 10 minutes. Two weeks later I got an rejection.

HR of KIW scheduled a phone interview with me. She sent me an email with an excuse that is very ridiculous at the time when the interview was supposed to start soon. I replied politely. Then she replied me and would like to reschedule another time to interview me. I replied the email and told her I am available for that time. But, i still did not receive her reply. On the other day, the agent told me the HR would like to interview me on another time. and I was told the HR will be available during a time period. I was waiting for that certain time period but I never heard from the HR. I really do not like this HR since she waste me tons of time. If there is a law that protects candidates' time and respect, I will definitely sue this HR.
