I was contacted for a Webex interview 2 weeks after I applied online from career site. They asked mostly behavioral questions and my previous experience to determine if I was qualified. They made it clear during the interview through praise that I was going to be selected, rather than quietly ending the interview and making me guess what their next move will be, which I liked. Took them quite a while to get back to me after following up with them to receive the offer letter.
