I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Group interview of about 10 candidates. Group of administrators representing different regions within the GA area. Learned about the company, answered questions regarding K.P. Learned about other candidates and had to intro them to administrators. Had to be creative as a group to represent K.P.s values as well as showing your skills while working on a team. Comfortable and professional atmosphere.

AVOID KAISER! In the past times I have interviewed, the hiring manager or supervisor wasn't even present. They want to interview you with HR. How is that productive? If not selected, they will not let you know. They will reject you immediately after the interview if not selected. I have heard of nurses with 10years experience being treated this way. IMO, it appears they are not interviewing to hire. They are wasting people's time for some other esoteric reason. This company absolutely is the worst to interview with and says a lot about their culture. No thanks.

Interview
First was the hirevue interview which is awkward. After passing that I received a call from talent management that set up date and time for a virtual interview with manager and multiple ANM’s.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied online for a position, maybe a week later I received an email invitation to answer HireVue questions. Then, received another email to update my application with my license # and certs. Received another email to complete candidate snapshot. Spoke with manager over the phone for about 5 minutes, mostly him explaining an internal candidate had taken merit for the position. He had other positions to offer however, just a different schedule. Received an offer email less than 2 weeks later.
