Interview
The whole process took about 2 months. I was invited to take a timed typing test about a month after I applied I did the test and got an email to respond to a few questions. Weeks after that I got a call from HR to interview and I interviewed the following week. The interview went very well (I used questions found on Glassdoor to prepare and it helped immensely). About a week after that I got a call about my availability and preferred schedule. Then I got a call a week later to officially offer me the position! I am now waiting on my background check and immediate drug test then I start training in a few weeks.

Interview
You are first sent an email to take an assessment once you pass the assessment you will receive another email in which they will schedule you for an interview. If you are a selected candidate you are then selected for a job offer
It was easy with a few pre selected questions asked. Very strong emphasis on applicable questions that deal with call center related scenarios. Overall not too bad and aligns with call center role related questions.
