Applied for the TSR position online. A few weeks later received a call from a recruiter to take the assessment test. After completing the assessment test received a call from recruiter to inform of passing score and phone interview with hiring manager. After phone interview with hiring manager. Had a 1:1 was interview with the Hiring Manager. After the interview received a call from recruiter with an contingent offer. Completed Drug Screen and Background check and formally offered position.

Interview
You are first sent an email to take an assessment once you pass the assessment you will receive another email in which they will schedule you for an interview. If you are a selected candidate you are then selected for a job offer
It was easy with a few pre selected questions asked. Very strong emphasis on applicable questions that deal with call center related scenarios. Overall not too bad and aligns with call center role related questions.
