I interviewed for 2 different positions here, and both had different interview questions and focuses. For the position I was ultimately not hired for, the questions seemed mainly geared toward finding a cultural fit and did not touch on my working capabilities, for the position I actually accepted the questions seemed more appropriately aligned to my job context.
