I interviewed at the Administration building in Renton and checked in with security. I got there 15 minutes before the interview and ended up waiting 25 minutes after the actual interview time to be called back. Quick Interview, the supervisor I interviewed with went off of a sheet with basic interview questions. She was pretty straight up with me and said she felt that I'd be a really good fit based on my interview and skill set but she felt that I'd be taking a step back in taking this position as I was over qualified. The honesty was very fresh as most companies would think of their best interest rather then the interest of the applicant.
