I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Aurora, CO) in Jan 2016
Interview
Apply online. Phone call for in-person interview. Friendly. Basic questions about why Kaiser, customer service experience, high volume experience, hours available to work, etc. Easy interview process. I've heard some people have been in group settings for the interviews.
Easy and short. The team was welcoming during the tour. Couple clinical cases were given as well. The interview was two days long. Each day was short….about 3 hours. Overall the process was smooth and easy. Even the interviewers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
The process went pretty fast and to the point. The interviewer started with the typical "tell me about yourself", then asked a set of about 10 questions (pretty much all situational), then allowed time for me to ask questions. She explained details about the hours, company culture, benefits, etc. and said she would get back to me in about a week.
