Simple process for a director level position. There was a initial phone screen with the hiring manager, one hour panel interview with many members of the team (about 10 people), followed by an onsite with the team. Was well organized and flowed well.

Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.
