I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Positive interview experience, three administrators and one nursing student sat in and interviewed me for about half an hour. They made me feel very comfortable, and we're welcoming. I was lucky enough to be referred over by an employee, and I was one of 7 candidates for the job.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What are the different sites you can give infants injections?
After submitting applications, I eventually received a call back and was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. I was given the option of which department I wanted to work with. They were quite nice and just be prepared for the typical interview questions and be yourself. Emphasis on team work and customer service is a plus. I got lucky I didn't have to do a panel interview.
