How do you tackle the problems when you face problems
First you have to take algorithm test through their websites. Since this test can be taken online, it is easy to share solutions with people. but you should be careful about sharing since they check similarity of answers.
After, the algorithm test, I had to take test on statistical question. They seems to be easy on sight, but they all have little traps.
After the online test, interview is next step. They ask you to tell story about your experiences and ask few technical questions on basic machine learning and statistical inference.
