Phone screen followed by a manager interview focused on past experience. Final round was a LeetCode-style question implementing a class with efficiency considerations and multiple possible solution approaches and tradeoffs.

Question 1
Tell me about a technical project you worked on in the past.
Quick intro call about behavior and work ethics. Recruiter was easy to talk to, but there was no follow up. Company has an interesting product and seems to have a lot of rooms to grow.
They literally ghosted me after doing the technical interview. I followed up and they didn’t even answer or send a rejection. The interview was a LC hard, the interviewer was great.
