HR Communication started, and then they followed up a bit late till then i stuck to my current employer. Felt a bit sloggy on this part. First got through the Technical round and then the HR Round and finally the negotiation happend. Be prepared to negotiate.

For Mechanical candidates, most of questions are related to manufacturing processes, drawing reading and GDnT. I got 2 chances over phone call after PI regarding salary. I had asked for 6.50 LPA however HR focus on previous designation and salary only regardless of merit. So accepted on 4.20 LPA as compared to 3.80 LPA from previous employer.
