Quick interview over the phone with my future supervisor/ area manager. She was super friendly. They want you to be involved with at least 2 student groups as an exec member or something like that. Essentially they are looking for well connected people. They also ask you about your experience doing the basic duties of the job (ie postering, organizing events, promotions, etc).
