I first applied online through the Kaplan careers portal and received a follow up email a couple days afterwards telling me to record an audition for a specific question. I recorded it (you get a max of three recordings) and received an email afterwards that I will have a technical interview shortly. I will have it in a couple of days so I will update this process after I complete it.
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.
