Interview
Cattle Call type online interview. Difficult software. They use a proprietary software not Skype or Hangouts or something well tested. I got on well before the scheduled time and tested my microphone and speaker set up. According to the site everything passed. When I attempted to do my interview they received no sound from me. I could do very little as I had already done everything in my power to make it a success.
The interview process was what I would consider normal except some of those that interviewed me did not seem as knowledgeable or have as much experience in my field as I did.

describe a challenge in your life and how you overcame it.
Craig's List hiring. It was interesting. Nay, it was tedious. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of Belarusians milling about. I enjoy teaching. It's a rewarding experience. Belarusians are the polar opposite of rewarding.
