The process was quite different then other companies I've interviewed with. Most companies will draw out the interview process over the course of multiple weeks, feeling dragged out. Whereas Karius wants to keep the candidate interested and sets up all the technical/conversational meetings in a single day as you would if you were interviewing in a in person role. Beyond that, everyone I spoke to during the interview process we're friendly and enjoyable to talk to.
