Worst interview process ever seen in my career. The interviewer came 10 minutes late. And the interviewer was not prepared. He did not even look at my resume before coming for the interview. He said you have come for an interview for an xyz position. Off course I know it. What kind of question is that. He did not listen or gave me an opportunity to explain. Was interrupting a lot. He was so much in rush and always looking at his laptop. The other person was a dummy just sitting and not even talking. They were not clear on what project they are hiring for. Very bad experience. Never seen anyone coming to an interview so disorganized.
