After over a week of trying to secure a time for a phone interview, the recruiter called me out of the blue, and did not want to reschedule when I told her I was eating breakfast. Was contacted by HR person and a technical interview was scheduled. The technical interview lasted for about an hour. After the technical interview I was again contacted by the HR person to confirm me for the position of Software Developer Intern in Herndon VA.
