I applied online and then received a call from a recruiter who was very personable and really seemed to grasp my skillset and how it applied to the position. He scheduled a call to discuss my background and the position and then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager for a few days later. After the phone interview, I was then set up for an in-person interview with the Marketing Manager, the CEO and the CRO. When I arrived for the in-person interview, I was told by the Marketing Manager that the CEO was at the Apple Store getting her computer fixed and picking up her kids and the CRO was in Arkansas. I interviewed with only the Marketing Manager, one of the three people I was scheduled to meet with that day. Then, I was rescheduled with the CEO for a video chat. Two hours prior to the video chat, the CEO emailed me and asked if I could come to their offices to meet in person. Luckily, I happened to check my email and made the scramble to get downtown on a rainy day for the in person interview. I'm not going to make any comments on this except: this is a company which helps other companies reward and retain employees.
