Kazoo interview questions

Very Odd process. They rely on testing to do the initial screening. Made it to the final interview only to find that they had made an offer to another applicant. I don't know why they wasted my time.

First, I applied online and took the cognitive aptitude test required. I was then contacted by a recruiter and called for a telephone screening. I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager and completed this interview. I was then scheduled for an entire afternoon of interviews, parceled out by individuals from different departments (meaning, I met with each person individually). I took a proctored cognitive aptitude test again and then met with another individual from a sister department within the company. I appreciated meeting with individuals from different departments and learning how they intermingle together during the workday. I do feel that this process could be done together to navigate schedules and to maintain respect for everyone's time. During my final interview, there was another applicant that the individual told me was interviewing for my role that came into the Zoom session twice and interrupted the interview. I did not think this set-up was professional as it appears the interview zoom link is reused for other applicants and was not proper etiquette for interviewing. I was emailed roughly 5-6 days after the interview process. The recruiter started by saying they hoped that I had a great weekend but responded in the usual "we had a lot of great applicants which made the decision very hard." After spending 4-5 hours in the entire interview process, I would have preferred actual feedback instead of the blanket email that you receive once a decision has been made.
