Within 7 days of applying I got invited for an interview. The interview felt formal, but the interviewer was very pleasant. First I got asked about my CV, talk through it and some general behavioral questions - how would you react to this, what would you do, etc. The second part I had to solve a profitability case. If you practiced enough cases, it's pretty simple and straightforward. I got invited to the second interview. Again the first part was about CV, but this time in more depth. I got asked specific questions about job function and how my tasks were related to the bigger picture. Second part of interview was again a case. Both times within a week I got an answer if I am proceeding to the next stage or no.
