I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney in Jul 2017
Interview
The process took quite long. Submitted my application in April and had my first round of interviews in July. I applied from outside Dubai and all the interviews were conducted via Skype. All the interviewers were really friendly and really tried to get to know me, to see whether I am a good fit for the company.
Interview 1: Manager
Interview 2: Manager
Interview 3: Principal
Interview 4: Partner
Overall, I enjoyed the process. The only downside of the process was its length.
