Fairly standard process. All interviews in 1 day. First one with a manager, then principal and the last one with a partner. The last partner interview had one tricky question which was more a business economics question than -what he called it himself- brain teaser. Didn't do well on that question which probably cost me the offer.

Question 1
When will someone stop production in case of overcapacity?
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY)
Interview
The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is
