I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kearney in Dec 2020
Interview
Standard case interview process over several rounds. Being competent is table stakes; being personable and genuinely curious seems to be the differentiator. Standards for precision with math varied across interviewers -- if ballparking will save you time, ask if it's okay for the purposes of your analysis.

Question 1
Teach me how to do something you're passionate about.
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY)
Interview
The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is
