I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Two 45min case interviews with partners each one of the interviews. Everything was very organized. The firm paid for flight tickets, meals, transportation expenses (subway, tax, etc.) and hotel. Real cases. Challenging cases. Challenging questions during the case. Necessary to think out of the box and not be restricted to frameworks. Interviewers very friendly. Interviewee led approach.

Question 1
Case interview with real cases. Behavioral interview with questions about resume/achievements (necessary to explain how you achieved those results) and professional profile/style (leadership, teamwork, etc...)
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY)
Interview
The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is
