The interview was very informative and the people there were all amazing and willing to help. Everyone made me feel wanted and took the time to introduce themselves. Other agents expressed their excitement to have me and insured that I would get all the help I needed to succeed in my Real Estate Career.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
