Got an email 2 weeks after I applied. Got a phone interview for the next day. Waited over 20 minutes for them to call just for them to go through everything then tell me I wouldn’t be a good fit for the role. Then why would you call me?!

Phone interview, less than an hour, intervened with HR person & safety coordinator at the time. Was offered the position on the same day. It was very easy phone interview, they needed someone immediately, I was available for a night shift, I was offered the position and they wanted me to start after my drug results came in. I started on a Tuesday and the rest is history.
