Because I was contracted out to Nissan in consumer affairs, the interview included 3 managers from Nissan who asked a few questions regarding why you want to pursue a career with their company. The recruiter called back shortly (2 hours) after the interview to congratulate me on the interview and offer me the job. I accepted and started a week later.
