I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kelly (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I Talked with the Kelly rep on the phone. We talked about my previous roles and if I was interested in working a contract ir temporary position. After we talked about the San Diegomarea, what my long term goals and desires were and rather or not I would be a good candidate for the position. I Was submitted to the company hiring official shortly thereafter.
I had a two tiered interview process with the company and we discovered that my skills would be a good fit and that my attitude and demeanor would fit in nicely with the crew that was already onboard.
I was offered a position after the second interview person and have been happy with the company ever since.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kelly (New York, NY)
Interview
Received a call from a recruiter about a PM position. My recruiter was in and out of the office so I worked with 2 people. The progress lagged on and I often felt in the dark about the progress. They were generally responsive but I felt I had to drive the process. Ultimately, I completed a phone interview with the client. Recruiter ghosted me after that.
