Kelly Researcher interview questions

I was baffled by the phone screen. I expected to be asked questions about my job history and interest. I don't know.... maybe an actual conversation. He literally started the conversation with asking my salary expectation, start date, and some other basic question. He NEVER initiated a discussion of the role-- until I asked what this was all about. Why ask me those question if you haven't given me an overview of the position. The I had to ask why he was mentioning one agency in convo, when the job description referenced another agency. He admitted to the mix-up. This was a clear red flag.
