Interview
It was fine by phone with the GM and later with the Director of Operational Excellence. We discussed 5S, Standard work, and personal experiences that would be used for our site.
First round was screening call with HR the day after I applied. Two days later, phone interview with Sr. CI Engineer. A week later, panel interview with Group VP, Site IE, Sr. CI Engineer, Office Manager. Offer was two weeks from application date.
