Simple and fairly brief. Details about compensation were disclosed once the initial meeting and idle chat subsided. The compensation and ramp up were simple, if you know anything about CRM's and Sales in general it makes sense.

Sent in app. and was told to come in anytime with resume, was left waiting for 1.5 hours for my initial interview, they sent two salespeople out to talk in that time where I was warned “he’s going to ask how you feel about trump.” The GSM comes to speak to me and the first question is “why aren’t you in the military?” (Weird question), he proceeds to ask my political affiliation, how I feel about roe v wade being turned over, trump, as well as grills me on all of the things I learned in school, asking very specific questions about history, etc and got upset when I didn’t know the answers. after repeatedly stating “I don’t engage in those conversations at work.” he persisted with the political questions. I had a follow up interview where I was left waiting for another 45 minutes. They rescinded their offer of employment which was honestly a good thing. Incredibly unprofessional overall, I’m still in disbelief at the questions he asked. I told many people about it, including my new gsm at a different dealership and they were just as shocked as I was.
