Any company that doesn’t have decency to tell someone who spent hours on possibly working for them that they went with someone else, is outrageously rude. Especially when I only saw very positive signs of interest.

Interview was straight forward 1 HR interview followed by 2 panel interviews 3 phone call was an offer. Entire process took about a month. Was asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions by 4 people. Second time around was asked questions with 2.

I got the direct email asking for interview on their desired date with prior checking my timing that's also 1.5 months after applying. Then after 2 weeks i got 1st round with hiring manager which was great, then 1 week after 2nd round with peers and it was also great and that was it after that for almost 2 months no update from recruiter even though i sent follow up not even a rejection email. Never thought this kind of big organization should hire so unprofessional recruitment team
