Interview
First Interview : HR was pleasant, as were the Hiring Manager and Team. The Hiring Manager was kind enough to provide feedback (went with more qualified candidate), then suggested I re-apply for another open role. Second Interview : Again, process moved smoothly and timely. Both were a mix of one on one and panel interviews.
My only criticisms are that the whole process was very time consuming not to arrive at an offer. Also, I am not confident that they understand what they are looking for in a candidate. I've seen JDs with completely unreasonable expectations (word jumble describing what should really be 4 separate roles).

Interview
I got to meet many people within the organization during the process, great to see if you will fit before hand. Unfortunately the offer came back for a lower level than the applied and interviewed, waste of both parties time.
