I had a deeply frustrating experience with Kenvue during their recruitment process. After going through all the steps, including multiple interviews and preparing a business case that required a significant amount of my time and effort, I was completely ghosted after the final interview. Despite following up several times, my messages were ignored, and I received no feedback or closure regarding the position. Such behavior is incredibly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. This lack of communication and basic professionalism says a lot about its culture. If this is how they treat potential employees, it raises concerns about how they value their current team and partnerships.
