Interview process was straightforward overall. Recruiter screen, then hiring manager interview. Behavior based interview focused on STAR method responses. Recruiters and brand team all seemed nice and tried to get to know me.
I was recommended by a senior staff member, did a 30 minute recruiter screen, then a 1 hour 2 person interview. After they ghosted me for 3 months then sent a generic rejection email
I Applied and I heard back after a few weeks. I met with multiple people and was asked some industry specific questions and general questions. Total around 1 hour for the interview.
