Interview
Keolis was hiring 7 track laborers, a friend who works for keolis suggested that I apply so I did. Keolis scheduled a group interview (there were 10 other applicants there that day). They basically gave the general information in front of all of us then would interview individually. Pretty standard process .

Question 1
They had made a point to stress that they do a background check and if there were any prior arrests that "Keolis understands that life happens", and that it does not exclude anyone from employment. Then he asked me if there was anything on there.
