Interview
This was a new position they were creating to supporting their growing investment management division from a data perspective. I had a quite a few interview/conversations with the manager and later had more formal interviews with his boss and team members. Ultimately, I wasn't the right fit for what they needed but I really liked the manager and the other team members so I was open to a future role if it opened up. The one sort of negative vibe I got was that through several interviews I was questioned about perceived "job hopping" and in my opinion, it shouldn't be viewed in a negative light so that suggested to me, that this company wasn't in line with my values.
