      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper in Mar 2020

      Interview

The interviews themselves were pleasant. However, KDP recruiters seem to ghost applicants they are no longer interested in. This has happened twice . ------------- First time I applied to a job, then a recruiter reached out to set up a time to chat. I provided the times I was available, and never heard back from the recruiter even after sending a couple messages. Second time I was approached by a different recruiter. I was able to schedule a call with the recruiter (~30 min). He connected me with the hiring manager for a 30 min call. Following that 30 min call I haven't heard back from the recruiter even after several emails. --------- If someone I know wanted to apply to KDP, I would steer them away due to this experience. At least have some professional courtesy to give applicants an update whether it is a yes or no.
