      Senior Sales Analyst Interview

      Oct 29, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Burlington, MA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper (Burlington, MA)

      Interview

Extremely long (first red flag). HR phone interview, hiring manager zoom, 90 minute case study, 3 more interviews with random people lasting 30 minutes each, and then had to provide 3 references. The 3 "random" people admitted to me we would not be working together, so I was confused as to why I was even interviewing with them. They couldn't even tell me anything about the hiring manager and literally said they hardly work with him. I was asked the same basic interview questions in each different interview (give me an example of a time you disagreed with a co-worker? How do you prioritize tasks? Tell me about a project you worked on that didn't go as planned?) After going through 6 hours of interviews, the case study, and the reference check I was eventually denied the job through a generic email template from "the talent acquisition team". You can tell it was generic because my name was capitalized in the greeting and it made no mention of the long process I went through. If you want to work for a company where you are just an employee and not a person- this is it!
